Tunkh Media Works

Tunkh Media Works is at number 280 in Vijaya Nagar. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into an office space. We do media stuff, so there are always computers running and a few cameras lying around. Vijaya Nagar is a busy area, but our street is okay. We don't have a big front desk or any corporate branding. The sign outside is small. Most of our work happens inside on the computers. We drink a lot of tea while we work on different projects. It’s not always organized; sometimes we have wires running across the floor. We try to be careful, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. The name Tunkh is a bit unusual, and we get asked about it sometimes, but we just liked it. It's a small group of us here. We don't have formal meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. The backyard is where we go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don’t have fancy furniture or a coffee shop inside. We just use what we have and focus on the work. It’s a lived-in space that feels more like a home than a company office. We usually leave the windows open during the day to let in some fresh air.
