We are located at Mission Road, inside the Manipal Centre at unit 46. Being in a big center like this means there’s always people walking past. Our shop is quite small, but we pack a lot into it. We handle mobile phones, accessories, and all the usual communication services like bill payments or SIM issues. It’s a busy environment. You can hear the hum of the building’s AC and the constant chatter of shoppers. We don't have much room for a lounge, so customers usually just stand by the counter while we help them. It’s a fast-paced way to work. We spend a lot of our day helping people figure out their new phones or fixing a screen that took a tumble on the pavement. We aren't a corporate franchise; we’re just a local shop trying to make a living. Sometimes we run out of a certain cable and have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. We try to be fair and just give people the facts about what they’re buying. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the energy of the Manipal Centre. We know the other shop owners around here, and we often grab tea together when there’s a lull in the afternoon. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we plan to stay as long as people need their gadgets fixed or their bills paid.
