Our office is at 364 on 7th Cross in Wilson Garden, Bangalore. It’s a house that’s been converted, which is pretty common in this part of town. Wilson Garden still has some of that old-school Bangalore feel with the big trees and narrower streets. Finding parking is always a nightmare, so most of us come by two-wheeler or just take the bus. The building is named after Archana Naik, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Inside, the floors are those old-fashioned tiles and the rooms are a bit small, but it’s cozy in its own way. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It’s just a place where we get our work done. The 7th Cross is usually busy with people walking to the park or the local markets. We hear the vegetable sellers calling out their prices in the mornings. There’s no centralized AC, so we just leave the windows open and hope for a breeze, which usually brings in some mosquitoes too. Our desks are old wooden ones that have seen better days. It’s a very unpretentious setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lighting. We’re just a small group of people running things from this quiet corner of the city, trying to keep up with our emails and the daily grind without making a big fuss about it.
