Truffles

Truffles is located at No 22 on St Marks Road, right across from the State Bank of India. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is always moving and there is never a quiet moment. We have been on this street for a long time, watching the city grow and change around us. The restaurant is usually packed with people, from college kids to office workers who just want a burger or a quick snack. It gets loud and a bit cramped sometimes, especially on the weekends, but that’s just the vibe of St Marks Road. We don't have a lot of space for people to lounge around forever because there is usually a line out the door. The kitchen staff is always moving fast to keep up with the orders. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to people; we just try to get the food out as hot and fresh as we can. The walls have some posters and the tables are close together, but nobody seems to mind much. It’s just a busy city spot where you can grab a bite and watch the traffic go by outside. We don't do anything fancy with the service. You come in, you order, you eat, and you go. It’s been that way since we started, and we don't see any reason to change it. Being in the heart of Bangalore keeps us on our toes every single day, and we like it.
