We started Truemen Management Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd a while back in the Vijayn area of Bangalore. Most days it is just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who need help with their business tasks. The office is right here in 560040, so we see a lot of the same faces around the neighborhood. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. We just have our desks, some old files, and a kettle for tea. People come to us when they have problems they can't figure out on their own. We listen and then try to sort things out. Sometimes the phone rings too much and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some coffee. Running a consultancy in India means things are always changing, but we try to keep up with it. We have been at this address for a bit now. It is close to the main road which makes it easy for folks to find us without getting lost. We do not have a big team, just enough people to make sure the work gets done by the end of the day. If someone walks in, someone is usually there to answer questions. We do not use big words to explain what we do. It is just management work. Every day is a bit different, but that is just how it goes when you are helping other companies stay on track. We just stay focused on the tasks sitting on our desks.
