Transitions Management Consultants

Our place is at 139 Dickenson Road. It’s an older building, but it works for what we do at Transitions Management Consultants. We spend most of our time on the phone or sitting across from people trying to help them figure out their next steps in business or work. It’s not like those big consulting firms you see in movies with glass walls and expensive rugs. Our desks are usually covered in folders, sticky notes, and half-empty water bottles. We’ve been in this neighborhood long enough to know where the good lunch spots are and which roads to avoid during peak hours. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we just handle it one by one. We don’t really have a script for how we talk to people who call us. We just listen and give our honest take on things. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, even if it’s just fixing the fan or sorting the morning mail. Dickenson Road can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t from around here, but we like the vibe and the old trees. We’re just regular people trying to make sense of management problems. There’s no secret formula or anything. We just put in the hours and try to be useful to whoever walks through the door looking for some guidance.
