We operate Trinetra Hr Consultants out of apartment J102 in the Rohan Vasantha complex. This is located right near the Spice Garden bus stop on Varthur Road in the Maratahalli area of Bangalore. Binil G stays here and we use the space to meet with people and go through job applications. It’s not like those big glass offices you see in the city; it feels more like a home because it actually is one. We have some folders stacked on the dining table and a couple of laptops set up in the main room. People who come for interviews usually sit on the sofa while we talk to them. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Varthur Road is always packed with cars and motorcycles, so you can hear the sound of the traffic all day long. We have a balcony that looks out towards the main road, but we usually keep the doors shut to drown out some of the noise. There’s a kitchen where we can make some tea for ourselves or for the people who visit. We don't have any assistants or big teams, just us handling the paperwork and the phone calls. It’s a very direct way of working. We find that people are often more comfortable talking to us here than in a cold corporate setting. It’s just a small, local operation helping people find their next job while we sit in a quiet apartment. We keep things simple.
