Trinetra Hr Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 5, a building called Anitha. We are on the 2nd Main in New Manjunatha Layout. This is over in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly. The 560016 area is a bit quieter than the city center, which we appreciate. The office is just a part of the building where we’ve set up our workspace. It feels very local. We know the people who live nearby and the shopkeepers on the corner. Working at Anitha is pretty straightforward. We don't have any huge signs or neon lights. We just have our small office where we handle the Trinetra Hr tasks. Most of the time it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone call. We aren't a big corporate firm with thousands of people. We’re just a small group trying to keep things running. The layout of the office is a bit quirky, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. We have our files organized in a way that only we really understand. Sometimes we get together to talk about what needs to be done, usually over some tea. Ramamurthy Nagar is a good place to be. It’s got a bit of a slower pace compared to the rest of Bangalore. We just come in, do our bits and pieces, and make sure everything is taken care of before we head home for the day. It’s what we do. It keeps the lights on and us moving forward every single week.
