We are based out of M.F. 10/1 in the B.D.A. Flats, which is part of the B.T.M. Layout here in Bangalore. It’s a good location because we’re right near Bannerghatta Road, so it’s easy for people to find us even if the traffic in this city can be a nightmare sometimes. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we think makes people feel a bit more relaxed when they come to talk to us. We handle a lot of different consultancy work, so our days are mostly spent on the phone or meeting with people across the table. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements posted on the walls. Instead, we just have stacks of folders and some computers that have seen better days. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We’ve been in this layout for quite a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best coffee during our breaks. The team here is small and we don't really follow a strict hierarchy. Everyone just chips in and helps out with whatever needs doing. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the B.D.A. Flats near the main road. It’s a plain building, but we’ve made a good home for our business there.
