We’re set up on the ground floor at 446 in C.M. Hally. This is right near Devsandra, just off New Bel Road in Bangalore. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just step in off the street. We deal with travel bookings and all the headaches that come with planning trips. It’s a lot of staring at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a few customers in at once, but we make it work. New Bel Road is always buzzing, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We’ve got maps pinned up and stacks of brochures that we try to keep tidy. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all afternoon. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who know the travel business well. We’ve been at this address, 560054, for quite a stretch. It’s a good spot. People stop by to ask about visas or just to see what the latest deals are. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. It’s a regular shop, really. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s a lot of work but seeing people go on their holidays makes it worth it. We just sit at our desks and handle the details so travelers don't have to.
