Travel Tab

Our office is inside the Aditya Park Apartments in Byatarayanapura. It’s on the 3rd Cross of the 2nd Block, quite near the Medplus shop. We aren't one of those big travel companies you see on TV. It’s a quiet, small operation where we handle flight bookings, train tickets, and some local tours. I usually spend my day staring at flight schedules on the computer or trying to get through to airline customer service. It can be quite stressful when someone’s flight gets canceled or the visa papers are taking too long. The apartment complex is a nice place to work from, though it’s not as visible as a shop on the main road. Most of our clients are people living in the building or neighbors from around the block. We don't have glossy brochures or a big reception desk. It is just a couple of us working with laptops and printers. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. We try to give people honest information about where they are going and how much it will actually cost. There are always hidden fees with travel, and we try to point them out before anyone pays. It is just a simple way to help people get from one place to another without too much confusion. We keep some old travel magazines around for people to flip through while they wait.
