Our office is located in Wilson Garden, right on the 4th Main and 8th Cross. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so the streets can be a bit tight for the bigger vehicles. We’ve been in this building at number 10 for a while. It’s a neighborhood where everyone kind of knows each other. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure the warehouse is sorted. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us in a room with some phones and a lot of logbooks. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes everything run late, and we have to deal with frustrated callers, but we just try to be honest about the situation. We don't have any scripted answers. We just tell people what’s happening with their stuff. The office gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open to catch the breeze. We have a routine that works for us. It’s about being there every day and making sure the wheels keep turning. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just want to do the job right and go home to our families. It’s been our way of working since we started here in Wilson Garden. The 8th Cross can be a bit tricky for navigation if there's a lot of parked cars. We've lived and worked in this area long enough to know the shortcuts though.
