Touch Tone Technologies

Our office, Touch Tone Technologies, is located at C-2 in the Amish Park Shopping Centre within C V Raman Nagar. Being in a shopping center means we get a lot of foot traffic and people peeking in to see what we are doing. We mostly focus on tech services and hardware. The space isn't huge, but we have managed to fit in all the equipment we need to do our jobs properly. We spend a lot of time on computers, looking at data or fixing software bugs. It is a lot of screen time, honestly. Sometimes we take turns going out to grab snacks from the other shops in the center just to get a break from the monitors. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the other shop owners around us. It’s a nice community feel. We don't have a dedicated receptionist or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and helps whoever walks in. We keep our tools in plastic bins under the desks to save space. It works for us. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech lab from a movie. It’s just a practical workspace where we can concentrate. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting and trying to find solutions for the tech problems people bring us. We keep at it until the job is done.
