If you are looking for us, we are up on the first floor at 218-A in the Rama-Market area of Pitampura. Being in a market like this means there is always something going on downstairs. It’s a busy place with people moving around constantly. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for the impex business. There are stacks of files on the desks and usually a few samples of things we are working with sitting around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer dealing with shipping schedules and customs stuff. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it has to be done carefully. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow and we all just sit around having tea until it comes back up. We’ve been in Pitampura long enough that we know the other shop owners nearby. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but it’s quieter up here than it is on the street level. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the imports and exports and trying to make sure the paperwork matches up with the boxes. Most days are just a steady stream of emails and making sure our clients get their stuff on time. It feels more like a small family office than a big corporation, which is how we like it.
