Tiron

Tiron is based here in Bangalore, which means we spend a fair amount of our lives complaining about the traffic on the way to work. We don't have a fancy office in one of those huge glass buildings you see in the tech parks. Instead, we have a more modest setup that feels more like a home than a workplace. There are a few of us who have been here since the start. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. As long as the work gets done, nobody minds if you’re a little late or if you take a longer lunch break to avoid the rain. We do a lot of different things, mostly just trying to keep the business running and our customers happy. It’s a lot of manual tracking and keeping notes in messy ledgers sometimes. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when the office feels too small. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the printer usually jams at the worst possible time, but it’s where we do our best work. We aren't looking to become some giant company or move into a skyscraper. We just want to do a decent job every day and be able to go home to our families without too much stress. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and that’s exactly how we like it. Most days are pretty much the same, but that consistency is what keeps us going.
