Our spot for Times Of India(Timesjobs) is actually a bit unique because it’s at the home of Thoppaiah Gouda. We are located at house number 4 on the 2nd Main in Beml Layout. This is over in the Basaveshwarnagar part of Bangalore, near the 2nd Cross. It doesn't feel like a standard office building at all, which is quite nice for a change. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it is relatively quiet except for the occasional street vendor or a car passing by. We’ve set up our workspace inside with all the usual stuff like computers, printers, and a lot of cords everywhere. The 560079 area is a good place to be based. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, so you have to look for the house number and the layout name. It feels a bit more personal working from here. We have a small area where we can sit and have a coffee when the work gets a bit much. Most of the people around here know us as the folks who work for the paper’s job section. We don’t have a big HR team or any complex rules, we just make sure the jobs get listed and people get help. It’s a simple operation run by a few people who like the quiet of the layout. Sometimes we stay a bit late and watch the sun go down over the neighboring rooftops.
