Times Innovative Media Ltd is tucked away in AECS Layout, specifically over in Sanjaynagar. Our office is at 203, 1st Stage, on 2nd Main and 6th Cross. It’s one of those parts of Bangalore that has a lot of trees, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We have been working out of this location for some time now. The office is pretty functional. We don't have those fancy bean bags or ping-pong tables you see in some tech places. We just have our chairs and our computers. Dealing with media in a place like Bangalore means things move fast, but we try to keep a steady pace here at 6th Cross. You can usually hear the sounds of the neighborhood drifting in—scooters passing by or the local vendors. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We handle a variety of media-related tasks, and every day brings something a bit different. Some of us have been here since the start, while others joined more recently. We just focus on getting the work finished. We don't really do big speeches or complicated plans; we just look at what needs to be done for the day and get to it. Sanjaynagar is a good spot for us because it feels more like a community than just a business district. It’s where we do our work, plain and simple, without any extra fuss or corporate layers.
