We are Times Business Solution Private Limited, but most people just call us Smart Hire. We are based in Bangalore. Our main thing is helping people find jobs and helping companies find workers. It's a lot of matching names to positions. The office is in a busy part of town, which makes sense for what we do. It’s usually filled with the sound of people talking on phones or typing. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is always running. Bangalore is full of people looking for a start, so we see a lot of different faces. We don't have a corporate handbook full of fancy words. We just try to get people into the right spots. The desks are a bit cluttered with resumes and notes. Sometimes the printer jams when we are in a hurry, which is just part of the job. We've been doing this for several years. It’s a lot of sitting and talking. We don't have a big polished image. We are just a group of people working in recruitment. The traffic outside is always a mess, but the office is a good place to be once you actually get inside. We don't use much marketing speak because the work speaks for itself. It’s just about connecting one person to another. That’s our day-to-day life here in Bangalore. We like to keep things simple and avoid all the unnecessary corporate talk that you hear so much nowadays.
