Tileprint

At No 246 on R.V Road, Tileprint is tucked into the busy area of V.V Puram. The street outside is always full of life, with people heading toward the nearby temples or food spots. We have our printing equipment set up in a way that makes the most of the space we have. It can get quite loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to raise our voices to talk to each other. The walls are covered in samples and bits of paper where we’ve tested out different colors and designs. It isn’t a very polished showroom, but it shows what we are doing. The smell of ink is pretty strong most days, but you get used to it after a while. We have been at this V.V Puram location for a good bit of time, and the locals know to look for the building number 246. The sidewalk outside is often crowded, so we have to be quick when we are loading up orders for customers. Sometimes the traffic on R.V Road gets backed up, which makes things a bit noisy, but that’s just life in this part of Bangalore. We keep the doors open when the weather allows to let some fresh air in. It is a straightforward business where we focus on the printing and don't worry about having the fanciest office. We just get on with it every day and try to keep things moving for the customers who stop by.
