Our place is over at No.37, Phase-Iii, in the Peenya industrial area. It’s tucked away right behind Aravind Motors, so if you miss the turn, you’ll probably end up circling the block a few times. We work with electrical steel here. It’s not the kind of thing most people think about, but it’s what we do day in and day out. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the work finished. Peenya is a busy place, and there’s always a lot of traffic and noise from the other factories nearby. We have a small crew that has been together for a while, and we just handle the machinery and the steel as it comes in. It’s heavy, hot work sometimes, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating. We don’t have a lot of meetings or big presentations. Mostly, we just look at the schedules and get to it. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a straightforward life working in the industrial sector. We know our spot behind the motor shop and we’re comfortable there. There’s no need for anything fancy when you’re just trying to move steel and keep the production lines moving along properly.
