Thriveni Cnc

We are down here at L-6 in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Villivakkam. Most days start pretty early because the CNC machines take a bit of time to get warmed up and ready. It’s noisy and there is usually some dust around, but that is just how it is when you are working with metal all day. Thriveni Cnc has been in this spot for a while now. We mostly just focus on getting the parts cut right and making sure nothing breaks down in the middle of a job. Sometimes the power acts up or a tool bit snaps, which can be a real pain, but we deal with it. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have some grease on our hands and the floor is concrete. People come by to drop off drawings or pick up their finished pieces. We just try to keep things moving and get through the stack of orders on the desk. It’s just a regular shop where we do our work and go home when the sun goes down. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just keep the machines running and try to stay busy. Villivakkam is a busy area anyway so there is always something going on outside our door. Sometimes we take a break for tea when things get slow but mostly it’s just the sound of the drills and the cutters going.
