Threeyem Exports

We’re located at number 83 on Angappa Naicken Street. If you know this part of Chennai, you know it’s deep in the old trading heart of the city. The streets are narrow, and it’s always crowded with people moving goods on handcarts. Threeyem Exports is a small operation where we handle the logistics of sending stuff abroad. Our office is old, with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors that have seen better days. There’s always a stack of shipping bills on the table and samples of what we’re currently moving scattered around. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the shouting and the bells from the street outside, but that’s just how it is here. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and then making sure the containers are booked correctly. It’s a lot of manual tracking and checking. We don't use any high-tech software; it’s mostly just us and our notebooks and the occasional email. It’s a bit chaotic, but we’ve been doing it this way for a while now. We just focus on the shipments and hope the port isn't too backed up this week. We usually grab some tea from the shop downstairs when things get a bit too much in the afternoon heat. It’s just us doing our part in the big chain of moving goods.
