You’ll find Three Dimension Displays India Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor of Pnb House over on Brabourne Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Kolkata, you know how hectic the streets are with people and carts everywhere. Our office isn't much different from the surrounding ones—lots of old paperwork, some display prototypes leaning against the walls, and the constant sound of horns from outside. We spend our days sketching out how these stands and units should look and then figuring out if they’ll actually stay upright. It’s a lot of measuring and re-measuring. The lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just take the requirements and try to make sense of the dimensions. The desks are usually covered in blueprints and bits of plastic or wood samples. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than four people are in the main room. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby and talk about how the traffic is getting worse every year. It’s just a standard small business setup where we focus on the task at hand and try to get the displays finished on time. We don't do much fancy talk here; we just get the designs ready.
