Our place is tucked away in the MIDC area of Mahape, specifically in Electronic Sadan-1. If you know the T.T.C. industrial belt, you know it’s a lot of concrete and small units doing all sorts of tech work. Three D Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd. is basically a room full of benches, soldering irons, and testing equipment. It can get a bit cramped when we have a few projects going at once. Cables are everywhere, and there’s always someone looking for a specific component that went missing on a messy desk. The morning commute into Mahape is usually a bit of a struggle, but once we get the chai going, things settle into a rhythm. We don't spend money on fancy signage or marble floors because we're mostly busy with the boards and the systems we’re putting together. It's a technical environment, but it feels more like a workshop than a corporate lab. We talk about the weather and the local train delays while we work on circuits. Some days the power fluctuates, and we have to wait a minute, but usually, it's just a steady stream of assembling and checking parts. It’s nothing too glamorous, just a group of people who know their way around electronics and keep the operations running from our small corner of the industrial estate. We just do the work.
