Thirumala Industries

Thirumala Industries is located over in Kamagondanahalli, inside the Papamma Compound. We are at Shud No 57 on Abbigere Road. It’s an industrial spot, so don’t expect anything polished or pretty. The shed is where we do all our manufacturing work. It’s a big open space with high ceilings and plenty of heavy equipment. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil stains or metal shavings scattered about. We spend our days operating the machines and making sure everything is running right. It gets quite loud inside the compound when all the different units are working at once. There’s a bit of a community feel among the workers in the different sheds, and we often see each other during breaks. Our office is just a small partitioned area with a desk and some old files. We don’t have a website or a social media page; we just do our work and let people come to us. Abbigere Road can get pretty congested with trucks, which makes deliveries a bit slow sometimes. We just deal with the heat and the noise and get the jobs done. It’s honest, physical work that doesn't leave much time for anything else. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we just plan to keep the machines running as long as there is work to do. It’s a simple operation, really, and we just take it one day at a time here.
