Third Binary Alternatives

If you head down the main road in Whitefield, right across from the Vijaya Bank, you’ll see house number 274. That’s where we are. We chose this spot because it’s easy to explain to people. Whitefield is always moving, but our office stays pretty steady. We go by Third Binary Alternatives. We do a lot of different things here, mostly focused on finding different ways to solve technical problems. It’s a bit of a mix. The office itself is just an old house we converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of character that you don't find in the new office blocks. We have desks in what used to be living rooms. It makes the whole place feel more like a home than a workplace. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our laptops. Sometimes we have meetings out on the porch when the weather is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. There’s no corporate dress code here. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. It's a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get our tasks done on time. Being right on the main road means we see everything that happens in Whitefield. It’s a busy life, but it suits us just fine. We just take each day as it comes.
