Thinking Steps Incorporation

Thinking Steps Incorporation is tucked away in Indira Nagar 1st Main Road, over at 8th Main BEML Layout 530. Being in this part of town is interesting because there is always something going on outside. The office itself is fairly open, with a few desks clustered together. We aren't really the type for strict boss systems, so everyone just kind of pitches in where they are needed. We spend a lot of time talking through ideas and scribbling on whiteboards that never quite get wiped clean properly. It’s a bit of a mix of computer work and just general planning. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always on. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so moving furniture in was a real challenge when we first moved here. Our windows look out over the street, and it's nice to see people walking by while we work. We don't follow a very rigid schedule, though we try to get most things done before it gets too dark. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, which gives us an excuse to step away from the screens for a minute. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though it picks up when we’re debating how to handle a new project. It’s just a group of people in a plain office, doing our best to keep things moving forward in Indira Nagar. We like the local lunch spots around here too.
