Think People Solutions is based out of Jalahalli in Bangalore. We are at 143/3, in the Jr Health Asst Qtrs, which is right next to the government school in Ramachandrapura. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is nice because Bangalore can get so noisy. We spend our days helping people find jobs and helping companies figure out their staffing needs. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in front of screens. The office is simple and doesn't have any of those modern glass walls. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and talk about our weekends. The school next door is a good landmark. You can hear the children during their lunch break, which is a nice change from the usual office sounds. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know all the local shops. We aren't a giant company with thousands of employees. We are just a small group of people who know a lot about the job market. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It takes a lot of effort to match the right person to the right role, but we keep at it. To be honest, it's just what we do every day. We don't have any big secrets, just a lot of persistence and some old computers. It keeps us busy.
