Theron International

Theron International is based out of Shrada, specifically at 67 4th Cross in Bhagyashree Royale. This is over in the Rachenahalli area of Thanisandra, Bangalore. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the city center, which is nice when you are trying to focus. The office is tucked away in a residential-feeling pocket. We have got a few rooms where we sit and go through our daily schedules. It feels more like a house than a big corporate glass building, which suits us just fine. We usually have the fans running all day to keep the air moving. People here are mostly local, so we talk about the local news and the weather quite a bit. The 4th Cross can be a bit tricky to find if you are not looking closely at the signs. We spend our time managing different tasks and making sure nothing gets dropped. There is a lot of typing and clicking going on throughout the day. We do not have a fancy cafeteria, so we usually bring our own tiffin boxes or order something simple from down the road. It is a honest day’s work for all of us here. We like the fact that it is not too hectic outside our front door. It feels like a small community inside these walls. We just keep working away at our desks until it is time to lock up the building and head home to our families for the night.
