The Layout

We have been running things at The Layout for a while now. If you are looking for us, we are right on 4th Main in Bapuji Nagar. Specifically, it is the 8th Cross area. Shivaramakrishnan.V.N. is the name associated with the spot here in Bangalore 560 026. It is not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the work done every day. The neighborhood is busy, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading out to their jobs. You can find the building pretty easily if you know the crossroads well. Inside, it is mostly desks and people trying to keep track of the day's tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the projects we have going on at the moment. It is a practical setup for us. Most people who visit are locals or people who have heard about us through someone else they know. We do not do much advertising or anything loud. Usually, we just open up early and stay until the work is finished. It is a simple way of doing business that works for our team. If you ever find yourself near Bapuji Nagar, that is where we are tucked away. It feels like a proper part of the community here.
