The Executive Search, As Hr Recruiter

We are over at 1895 on the ground floor in J P Nagar 2nd Phase. It’s right there on 20th Main, 5th Cross. The Executive Search, As Hr Recruiter is the name we use for our little operation. Most days here are spent looking through piles of papers and talking to different folks who are looking for work. The office isn't anything fancy at all, just a ground floor space where we get things done. J P Nagar gets pretty busy during the morning rush, so we usually see a lot of traffic and people passing by the window while we work. Being on the 5th Cross means it’s a bit quieter than the really big main roads, but you still hear the bikes and the occasional vendor shouting about vegetables. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day hiring stuff that comes our way. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, and the chairs have definitely seen better days, but it’s where we do our business. We aren't trying to change the whole world or anything like that, just trying to match people with the right roles. Bangalore weather is usually okay, but it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building. We just keep the doors open mostly to get some air. If you’re walking down 20th Main, you’ll find us easily enough. It is just a regular spot with regular people working.
