If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in Jayanagar 4th T Block. The address is 1575, right on the corner of 11th Main Road and 36th Cross. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little space here. We deal with phones and all the stuff that goes with them. People come in with cracked screens or buttons that don't work anymore. We see a lot of different brands and models every single day. It’s a bit of a small shop, so things can get a little crowded when we have a few customers at once. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with coffee or anything like that. Just a counter and some chairs. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. Sometimes it’s quick, and sometimes we have to wait for a part to arrive. We’ve been in Jayanagar for a while now, so we know the regulars. It’s nice when someone comes back because they liked how we handled their last phone issue. We just keep our heads down and work on the devices. The 11th Main Road is usually packed, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. It keeps us on our toes and ensures there's always something to do. There’s usually a stack of phones on the back bench waiting for attention, but we get to them as fast as we can.
