Texas Instruments Science & Technology is based in Koramangala, in the A Wing of Shrikant Chambers. It’s a busy location with a lot of different businesses sharing the space. Our office is focused on the science and technology side of things, which means a lot of technical work and data analysis. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. We have rows of desks, some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles, and a small area where we keep the microwave and the water cooler. Koramangala is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always a good energy around the building. We’ve been in Shrikant Chambers for a while and we’ve made our corner of the A Wing feel like home. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything like that. People just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical challenges we face every day. It’s a collaborative environment, but not in a forced way. If someone hits a wall with a problem, they just pull up a chair at someone else’s desk. We don't spend time on flashy brochures. We just do the science and tech work we were hired for. It’s a straightforward operation. We enjoy the complexity of the tasks and the fact that we have a solid group of people here to handle them. The elevators are sometimes slow, but we use that time to catch up on office news. It’s just how things are.
