Our workshop is at No. 16 in the Visveswaraiah Industrial Estate, which is part of the Mahadevapura area. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the tech parks nearby, but our corner of the world is much more about manufacturing and grease. We work on automotive parts here. The building has been around for quite a while, and it shows some wear and tear, but it’s sturdy and fits all our machinery. We don't have a fancy entrance or a lobby with a coffee machine. Most of the space is taken up by the production line and the storage area for raw materials. The noise of the machines is constant from morning until evening. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We have a group of guys who have been doing this for decades, and they really know their stuff. Mahadevapura traffic is always a topic of conversation during our lunch breaks, as it seems to get worse every year. We try to keep things simple and focus on the quality of the parts we’re putting out. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. We aren't looking for awards or big recognition; we just want to be a reliable part of the automotive supply chain. The estate has its quirks, like the occasional power cut or the narrow roads, but it’s home to us. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. There is a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished part leave the loading bay.
