We are based out of Te Park in the Doddenkundi industrial area. It’s a big space on Whitefield Road in Bangalore. This part of the city is always buzzing with people and traffic, especially with all the tech and industrial parks nearby. Our building is pretty large because we have a lot going on under one roof for Te Connectivity India Pvt. Ltd. We deal with a lot of technical components and connectivity parts. It’s a lot of logistics and technical oversight most days. Even though it’s a big operation, we try to keep things grounded. The 2nd Phase of the industrial area is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We spend our days coordinating between different teams and making sure the parts are where they need to be. Bangalore is a fast-paced place, and sometimes it feels like we are just trying to keep up with everything. We don’t really go for those big motivational posters or corporate talk. Most of us just want to get our work done and get home to our families in one piece. The office is a mix of quiet workspaces and busy loading areas where things are constantly moving. It’s a practical environment for everyone. We have got a lot of history in this spot and the staff has seen it all through the years. It’s just a place where we work on things that help other things stay connected. Nothing too mysterious about it. It’s just hard work and caffeine.
