We’ve been working out of No. 16 on the 2nd Cross in the Byraveshwara Industrial Estate for quite a few years now. Our place is right off Andrahalli Main Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the Vishwaneedam Post area; we’re not too far from there. It’s a real industrial setup here, nothing like those shiny offices you see in the city center. We deal with industrial work and it gets a bit loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually making things. The guys on the floor have a good rhythm, and most of us have known each other for a long time. The 2nd Cross can get a little tight when the big delivery trucks come through, so we’ve learned to be patient with the traffic. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, people just walk in and find whoever is available. We spend most of our day on our feet, checking machines or talking over blueprints. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the estate change over the years, with new workshops popping up and old ones closing down. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. The floor gets dusty and the tea stall at the corner is where we usually end up during the afternoon break. It’s a decent life and we’re glad to be part of the local community here. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but we just keep going. It’s a solid, honest way to spend the day.
