Down in Peenya Industrial Estate, you’ll find us at No. B-229 on the 4th Cross. This is the 1st Stage area, so it’s one of the older parts of the estate where things are a bit crowded but everyone is busy. Anil Cnc Gears is essentially a workshop where the machines are always humming. If you come by, you’ll notice the smell of cutting oil and the sound of metal being shaped. It’s not a place for clean clothes. We spend most of our time staring at the CNC screens or checking the teeth on the gears we’re cutting. The 4th Cross can get pretty tight with trucks trying to load and unload, so parking is usually a bit of a gamble. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve tucked the machines in where they fit best to keep the workflow moving. We don't really have a front desk person; usually, whoever is closest to the door just wipes their hands on a rag and sees what you need. The lights are those long tubes that flicker a bit, and the walls have some old calendars hanging on them. It’s a straightforward shop. We get in early, turn on the power, and stay until the job is finished. It’s a lot of manual checking and making sure the dimensions are right before anything goes out the door.
