Fernandes & Associates

Our office, Fernandes & Associates, is located over in the Saisagar building on St. Johns Road, specifically at S-216. It’s a bit of a winding path through the building to find us, but once you’re here, it’s a pretty quiet place to get work done. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The address is a bit of a mouthful with Kalyanshri Road and Dombethne mentioned, but S-216 is where we stay. The walls are lined with files and folders because that’s just the nature of the work we do. It’s not a high-tech setup with glass walls or anything modern. We use old desks and comfortable chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting and reading through documents. The team is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for many years. We handle the paperwork and the legal side of things for people who come to see us. St. Johns Road can be quite a mess with traffic most days, so we usually tell people to give themselves plenty of extra time to get here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to manage social media. We just do the work that’s right in front of us. Some days are long, especially when there’s a big deadline, but we’re used to the rhythm of it by now. If you need to find us, just look for the Saisagar building sign.
