It’s quite a peaceful area compared to the rest of Bangalore. You actually see some greenery here and there. We work on things related to the environment and regenerating land, so being out here makes a lot of sense for us. The office is basically just a quiet spot where we can plan our projects. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic because it's a bit tucked away. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working through data on our computers. Sometimes we go out to the fields to see how things are growing or how the soil is looking. It’s not a fancy glass building. It’s just a regular place in a residential layout. We like that we can hear birds instead of just car horns all day long. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes since we are on the edge of the city, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit for the earth and keep things running smoothly. Everyone here is pretty low-key. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work. It feels more like a small community than a strict business environment.
