Technical Recruiter

You can find us at 19 Hanumagiri, on the 1st floor of Unit 3rd Main. It’s over in Dattatreya Nagar, B.S.K 3rd Stage. We call the business Technical Recruiter, which is pretty much exactly what we do. We don’t have a fancy name because we didn’t see the point in it. Our day-to-day is mostly about finding people who actually know how to code or manage servers. It’s a lot of technical stuff. Sometimes we don’t even understand every single detail of the tech, but we know how to spot someone who knows their business. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got desks, computers, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We aren't those recruiters who send out thousands of spam emails. We try to actually read what people send us. It takes longer, but it feels right. Being in B.S.K 3rd Stage is good for us. It’s a bit away from the main chaos but still close enough to everything. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. We’ve seen people get their first jobs and then come back to us years later when they want to move up. That’s the best part of the job, really. We don’t have a marketing department to write this, so it’s just us telling you how it is. We’re just a small group of people trying to help other people find work.
