Techman (India)

We've been here at 163 in Industrial Area Phase II for a long while now. Techman (India) is basically just us doing our thing every day. It gets pretty loud around here with all the other shops nearby, but we like the spot well enough. It's busy. People come by asking for various parts or technical help, and we try to get it sorted out. There isn't much fancy about our office, just some desks, old chairs, and the equipment we use. We usually start quite early in the morning before the heat really kicks in. Sometimes the power goes out, but that's just part of being in Phase II. You learn to work around it and keep going. Most of the guys here have been with us for many years. We know each other's families and what's going on in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of manual work and checking small details on the floor. We don't really have a big sales team or anything like that. If someone needs something, they usually just call or walk in through the main gate. It's straightforward. We spend a lot of time making sure things are moving along. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting together in the back, talking about the news or whatever's happening. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just show up, do the jobs that come in, and then head home. It is a steady life here.
