Teamworks Placement

Teamworks Placement is based in Ramurthinagar, at the address of Padmashree who is the wife of Marudhan. It’s a bit of a local spot, not a big office in a commercial tower. We spend our time trying to help people find work and helping businesses find the right staff. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking on the phone. The area around here is pretty busy, but our office stays relatively quiet most of the day. We aren't a big corporate firm with lots of departments. It’s just a small group of us doing the daily grind. We look at a lot of resumes and talk to many different people. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good match, but we just keep at it. Ramurthinagar is a nice area to be in, and we’ve been here for a while now. We don't have fancy marketing or a big sign outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking in. The office is simple, with just the basic stuff we need to get the job done. We don't have a big mission statement; we just want to make sure the work gets done and people are happy with what we do. It’s a lot of mundane tasks, like filing and updating lists, but it’s what keeps the business going. We are just a regular part of the local community here and we take it one day at a time.
