You can find Teamssource Services over at 3 St.Johns Church Road in Bangalore. It’s a nice part of town, with a bit of that old Bangalore feel that you don't always find in the newer areas. Our office is in a building that has been around for a while, so it has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it somewhat cool even when it’s hot outside. We do a lot of service work here, mostly coordinating things and making sure our clients get what they need. It’s not a high-tech hub with bean bags and arcade games; it’s more like a traditional office with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We start our day early to avoid the worst of the traffic, and there’s usually someone already here brewing a pot of tea by 8:30. The team is a mix of people who have been with us for years and a few newer faces. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done and everyone is treated fairly. Sometimes the traffic on St. Johns Church Road gets really backed up in the afternoon, and we end up staying a bit later just to let it clear out. It gives us time to catch up on some of the smaller tasks that get pushed aside during the day. It’s a steady, reliable place to work for all of us.
