Teamlease Staffing Solutions is based at 61, Shrividya, which is on 4th Cross and 6th Main. We are located right on Kothanur Dinne Main Road in Navodaya Nagar, Bangalore-76. It’s a busy area, and there’s always something going on outside our window. Our work is all about staffing, so we talk to a lot of people every single day. Some are looking for their first job, and others are looking for a big change. We have a lot of folders and digital records to keep track of everyone. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking and keyboards clicking. It’s not a quiet library, that’s for sure. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes when it gets really busy, the desks get covered in notes. We don't use big, fancy words to describe our work because we’re just a regular staffing office. We help people find work, and we help companies find staff. It’s as simple as that. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while, and we know the local market pretty well. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep showing up and doing our best for the people who come to us. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. It's just a regular job for us.
