We’re over in Lingarajpuram, specifically at number 5 on 2nd Cross in Kanankadasa Layout. It’s a residential-feeling area in Bangalore, which makes it a bit quieter than the main roads. We deal with staffing and jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at resumes all day long. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs, tables, and computers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the Bangalore rain makes the street outside a bit messy, but that's just how it is. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have lived in the city for years. We know how hard it can be to find the right work or the right person for a job. We don’t use those fancy buzzwords you see on LinkedIn. We just talk to people like human beings. It’s a lot of back and forth, matching people up with different companies. Our door is usually open during the day. We take our lunch breaks together most of the time. It’s a straightforward operation. No big mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes pinned up. We like being in this corner of the city. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if it's your first time, but we’re here doing our best to help out.
