Teamlease Services Pvt.Ltd is over at 357, J. J. Church Road in the Ejipura area. This part of Bangalore, near Vivek Nagar, is always bustling with activity. The church is a big landmark for us, and we often hear the bells ringing or see people heading there for service. Our building is right on the road, so it’s easy to find but can be very noisy with all the bikes and autos zooming past the window. The office itself is pretty crowded. We have desks squeezed in wherever they fit because there’s always so much going on. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s more of a functional space where we get the real work done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the stairs are a bit steep if you're carrying boxes. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist sitting behind a marble desk. Instead, you just walk in and find someone at a desk who can help you. There’s a small shop nearby that makes really good coffee, so there’s usually a stack of paper cups in the bin by mid-afternoon. During the monsoon, the road outside gets some deep puddles, so we all have to be careful not to get splashed by passing cars. It’s a very grounded place to work, and we like being right in the thick of the Ejipura neighborhood where life is moving.
