Teamlease Service is located at No.360, right above the Nanjappa Flour Mill on 3Rd Cross. Being on Nal Wind Tunnel Road in Murugesh Palaya means we are in a very specific part of Bangalore. You can often hear the sounds from the mill downstairs, which is just something we have gotten used to over time. It’s a very local feel here. We are in the 560 019 area code, and we spend our days handling various service tasks. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with desks and files everywhere. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just work. Sometimes the smell of the flour mill comes up, and it reminds us we are in a working-class neighborhood. We have our tea at the same time every day and try to keep up with the paperwork. Bangalore traffic is always a topic of conversation when someone new walks in. We keep the windows open when it isn't too dusty outside. It's a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. We don't have big speeches about what we do. We just help people with their leases and whatever else comes across the desk. It’s a steady, quiet way to spend the day. We usually close up right on time and head home through the Murugesh Palaya streets like everyone else does after a long shift.
