We've been over here at Neelsandra for a good while now. 1st Cross is a bit busy sometimes with the bikes and people moving about, but it's where we do our work. Teamlease Saervices Pvt Ltd is the name on our front door. It's just a regular office setup in Bangalore, nothing too fancy to look at. People come in and out all day, mostly dealing with paperwork and hiring stuff. Being in the 560047 area makes it easy for folks around here to find us without too much trouble. It isn't a high-rise with glass walls or anything like that. We have some basic desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and a whole lot of files stacked up. Sometimes the traffic noise from the street gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week. We just get on with the daily tasks. It’s mostly about helping people find work or managing the small bits and pieces of employment that people don't like doing themselves. We don't really do big speeches or have a grand vision. Just regular people doing a job. The address is 11, 1st Cross, if you are looking for the building. It’s a plain spot, really. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We stay busy with the local crowd. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the old fans keep it okay. Most of us know the tea guy down the road.
