Teamhr Consultancy

We run Teamhr Consultancy from our office at 8/1A in R.S Palya. We are located in Poojappa Layout which is just off the 2nd Cross. If you are on Kammanahalli Main Road you are basically there. Bangalore 33 is a good area with a lot of regular folks living and working. Our office is just a plain room with a few desks and some filing cabinets. We spend our days looking through applications and talking to people who are looking for new jobs. It is a lot of work to keep everything straight but we manage. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it is very quiet. We don't have any big corporate banners or anything. It's just us doing the HR work. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind blows but that is just Bangalore. We have a small kettle for making tea and that’s about all the amenities we have here. People come in for interviews and we try to make them feel okay because looking for a job is stressful. We aren't a huge firm but we know the local market pretty well. We’ve been in Poojappa Layout for a while now and we like the neighbors. It is a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We just keep track of who is hiring and try to help.
