Team Lease

This office is in Dharmavaram, which is in the Anantapur district. We are located on Petta Basavanna Ketta Street, specifically room number 10-512. It is a local operation here. The street is quite traditional. You see people going about their daily business, mostly related to the local trades. We handle leasing and staffing work. It is a small space, nothing like the big offices in the cities. We know most of our neighbors. The building is older but it serves its purpose. Basavaraj E is the main contact person here. We spend a lot of time talking to local workers and businesses. Dharmavaram is known for its silks, but we deal with the people side of things. It gets quite hot here in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. The office is usually busy with people dropping off papers or asking about jobs. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture. It is just tables, chairs, and our registers. The street outside is narrow and can get packed on market days. We have been part of this community for a while. It is honest work. We try to help people find where they need to go. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out. It is a simple way of running things. We have a small window that looks out over the street, so we see the carts and bikes going by all day. It can be noisy but we are used to it. We keep a water pot in the corner for visitors. There is no elevator.
